If there is radio silence for a while on the digital media, that by no means means means that nothing is happening. For me, the progress of the various projects always takes priority over social media. There will come a time when there is an opportunity to report all the news. Therefore, here is the first update of the proverbial tour of the fields.

Early last week the structural handover of the meeting building of Hoeve Rosa in Sevenum took place. At the client’s request, we walked around the construction site together the afternoon before to see if there were any issues that needed to be brought up during the handover.

The building stands beautifully. The facades are tightly bricked with beautiful Vogelensangh bricks and the extremely flat roof is covered with blue braised ceramic tiles. The very precisely mounted padauk siding is already aging very nicely, and inside, work on the interior is in full swing.

Outside, the landscaper can now get to work landscaping the final phase of the site so that the landscape garden can also connect to the building and the parking lot can be realized.

Like the client, I am already very proud of the result. For sure, with the interior and the final phase of the site, it will be even more beautiful!
