Because of the type of floor (wide slab floor), the precast floor components are stamped before the compression layer is poured. This creates a forest of outriggers on the first floor. And yet the spaciousness of the design with the diagonal between living kitchen and sitting area is already clearly visible with the large facade openings that will soon offer a view of the garden.
