After a client’s wishes have been identified, the creation of any design always begins with hand sketches. Lines on paper that can still be many, supported by colors to accentuate, give color to concepts or to let first façade studies radiate materiality. Indispensable in this process are for me the Copic markers, and every now and then I add some new colors to the range, colors for buildings and spaces, but also for garden, landscape and interior greenery that allows a design to become visible in its context.
