This literally forms the basis for the zero energy house that, after a challenging period of preparation, will be built in the last weeks of this calendar year. <\/p>\n<p>It was fascinating to see how the complete foundation and first floor were realized within one week. In just under an hour and a half on Friday afternoon, all the steel-fiber reinforced concrete was poured, the floor was neatly finished and the crew could return home. <\/p>\n<p>It was the first time I applied such a foundation floor in my projects. And I certainly hope it won&#8217;t be the last time, because the Hectar foundation floor is a beautiful foundation concept that quickly and (not unimportantly) without linear thermal bridges creates a foundation and floor on which it is easy to continue building.
